If you were in charge, what would you do to make Sushi Daily a better place to work?

2 answers

  • Make sure there are sufficient amount of staff working on busy days

  • The branch I worked at weren't putting in enough effort to get noticed and bring in new customers. I started working there in it's first week, in the first month business was booming, but slowly got quiet- I suggested more tastings and bringing the tastings to the front of the store so it was the first thing customers would see, rather than other sushi brands provided in the store, but my efforts were ignored. I left the business because there weren't enough customers, therefore, nothing to keep me busy.
