fun workplace

it was a good place to work.Everyone was fair to each other. most of the employee was paid by hours and they were always looking for more hands so it might also be a right place if someone is looking for some extra earnings.

Really eye opener working in this fast pace venue, learn a lot of skills that help me proguess with my future in the industry started as a bartender and know im a GM.

en mi época, mal ambiente y ni se podia comer en shifts de 12 a 15h

Como toda empresa, puedes encontrar cosas buenas y cosas malas, en este caso y por mi experiencia, me lleve mas cosas malas que buenas por el mero hecho que te pagaban el mínimo por hora para explotarte el máximo al día.

Fun workplace

Place is very nice, located on the 50th floor of a tower. Staff is good, management is helpful and always there. definitively recommended place where to work.

un brand internazionale dove si cresce professionalmente e si hanno reali opportunita` di sviluppo. una compagnia che insegna ad ottimizzare tempo, risorse, energie e budget. un' azienda che offre training e fornisce una seria impostazione manageriale. una compagnia che anticipa i tempi e si pone come trend setter nella scena della ristorazione intenazionale, e come tale imposta gli impiegati ad avere un mindset molto dinamico e poliedrico.

Ambiente esigente, operazione molto veloce e che richiede un superiore livello di organizzazione e gestione di tempo e risorse

Un brand internazionale che mette alla prova le doti di organizzazione, gestione ed ottimizzazione di tempo, risorse e budget. Interessanti i concetti dei ristoranti, in anticipo sulla corrente tendenza di una decina di anni. E` una compagnia dove si cresce professionalmente e dove si combinano gli aspetti di business e di hospitality.

very Competitive Restaurant

Amazing food amazing staff . Kind of restaurant you must be at the top of yourself serving guest of various type , including VIP or ambassadors of any company .

Just crazy!

I have been working up to 17 hours a day. The company don't care about employees, if you quit they replace you with agency chefs in 1 day. They look at numbers, the kitchen turnover is ridiculous, you won't have the chance to bond with your team because you won't have one. Poor management, zero empathy from the seniors chefs, embarassing kitchen rules. After 9 months the Head Chef barely knew my name. I don't recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep an healthy brain.

Busy, can learn a lot, no private life

You can learn a lot of new things, just be prepared to spend most of your time there. Because of working hours there is no time for social life. Some chefs went mental long time ago.

Hard Work

To many hours, impossible to balance life + job, doubles shifts every single day. Poor management, poor salary, poor staff assistance, poor staff food. Poor leaders;

day work

It has been a really nice experience. I had the possibility to work in a production kitchen and in the kitchen for the service. The environment is stylish and even if it was hard to work for 500-600 covers per day, the quality is good and it made me stronger. I also enjoyed approaching to differet kind of cuisines (peruvian, japanese).

Hard working, good salary, nice location.

Sushi Samba & Duck and Waffle are most popular restaurants & bars in London. Very professional serving and quality meals & drinks. Good atmosphere but hard working place and opportunity to earn more.

hard but fun place

The work in sushisamba is very fast and hard, the place is very busy from morning to the night. I think that after 10 months of work for them i improved myself about a loto of skills, it is a very good experience for the life.
