They asked me about myself first of all which made me feel like the company took a genuine interest in me as an individual, the interviewer also asked about my hobbies which helped them understand why I felt suitable to apply for this line of work.During my interview I was asked to provide proof of identity and qualifications as I had little experience in support working, however through the interview they understood the circumstances that led to me not having a lot of experience including my age at the time. I was thrilled that my eagerness to learn and bring my best to the company was recognised and resulted in being offered an opportunity to work for this wonderful company.
