Because of the nature of the setting, most people spend a good chunk of their week at work with others. I find it difficult when one staff member is negative and this cascades through the team.

The very long hours
Long hours and work home life balance could be better but like I said in the review it makes my job worth while when I see the people we support achieve their goals
