Didnt start off to bad but now 3 years down the line and ive lost all interest in the job, theres no room what so ever for progression, constantly getting phone calls even when on holiday.The people you work with are great but work life balance is none existent

I have worked for swanton for a two years now , and can say that the company invests , cares and develops thier staff so that the people being suppoort get a high level of care and support. The training for both managers and support staff is of a higher standard than many other providers in the region.
