Learning & Development Consultant apprentice in Swindon, Wiltshire

Could do better!
External comms good, however, apprenticeship qualification did not correspond with role and qualification was changed several times as was not covering criteria. On-the-job training and appraisals were the bare minimum in an overstretched team.

Worst company I have ever worked for. Stay clear
Worst place I have ever worked for, if managers have it in for you they gang upOn you and get you out. This has been witnessed by an ex employee. Stay clear.
Landscape Operative in Swindon

Chaos daily
Was hired for a job as a warden, 3 months later I'm still not doing that job. Instead I've been forced into various roles because they're massively understaffed. Management don't care, they give you the run around. Most days nobody really knows what they are doing for the day or who is teaming up with who. Alot of the equipment has to be hired because their own equipment is either broken or barely working. No Health and safety induction, no training. Still waiting on uniform.

Not A Good Place To Work
You are treated badly by management in the repairs department. There are some excellent trades and planners in this department .But are unfairly treated on a day to day basis by line managers.

I worked here some time ago so things may have changed for the better
A great place to learn but overall not a positive culture to work in. The negative culture was bearable when working part-time. Also when working with a supportive and encouraging line manager.

Interview questions

All the usual

They asked too many questions like over 20, which in my view was too much to ask, and were repeated of others in a round about way! no need!!! You can judge a person within half of those questions asked
