not a bad place to work but under new management
Swinton is not a bad place to work there has been many changes since I started. With new office located right in the center of the city of Manchester

Micro managed to the point of absurdity...
Substandard managers, colleagues were good, but the overall impression from middle management downwards smacked of the headless chicken school of management. The customers service managers were pretty clueless but at least you had a half decent canteen, and the security staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. Good location though.

I will always be bitter about this company
Swindon was a great place to work at first, then when you realise that they trained you to miss sell products, they get caught, then they take it out on you and your staff. This company rewarded its bosses who destroyed its staffs lives with golden handshakes while the staff where left to rot and stress over there own job security.I can never forgive an employer who made me manage good quality and knowledgeable staff out for refusing to sell products to people who didn’t want them.

Worst company
Dont even go for a job here, really poor management, call after call and 1 mistake all your bonus is gone.Worst place I have ever worked for, if u sit in after call for 5 seconds you get pulled up, very clicky place to work.

Don't bother
Awful place to work.Terrible managementFocus on quantity over quality. Senior managers were not supportive or helpful and have double standardsA clicky atmosphere with little chance of progression
