Guest Services Associate in London

5 * Switchboard
Typical day at work is an 8 and a half hour shift; answering switchboard calls from internal guests and external callers. The day can be extremely busy with call after call.
I have learnt to be patient with guests/ callers as they can sometimes pick up on and react to rushed and stressful environment. I have also learnt to adapt my customer service to suit the customer.
I believe the co-workers in the Guest Services Team are the best in the hotel, as we all encourage each other and console one an other when work is busy. Working with this team is the most enjoyable part of my job. The hardest part of the job is working different shifts every week- from Early, Late to Night shifts.Switchboard Operator in Dudley, West Midlands
