I think in general its a great place to work.

The corporate meeting on a Friday could be moved to a Thursday or Wednesday to break the week up slightly, sometimes it can be a bit tedious on a Friday evening, and I think it could offer some value in motivating people for the remainder of the week.

Care about the working force. And fire most of the staff. all inutile and a bunch of liars. The app only works if the chefs and foh are treated well. Not treated like second degree.
