Work-life balance

Supervisor/Team Leader in Wolverhampton
on 31 July 2020
Job itself is good but too many people involved that make it difficult
Management is lacking as no development, no coaching, and definetly no succession planning. Training is minimal just enough to get you going then its up to you... to get things done. Quick to critisise but not so quick to praise for a job well done. Insist on continuous improvements but no funding available to implement improvements. No holidays or days off outside of site shut downs. Expectation is to work hard all the time but when there is no production its all about 5s without many of the materials needed to do the 5s! And to always look busy!

Good Place to Work
Couldn’t fault my experience and would have been there now if opportunities had not come along. I had a great team who just lacked leadership. We made changes for the benefit of ourselves and the customer

Absolute disgrace
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Absolute disgrace- Management biased - corrupt - if your face fits you might, just might last a little longer! Treat people like little children- Supervisors and Team leaders are that far up each other’s backsides you can see their heads when they speak!
Warehouse Picker/Packer in Hinckley
on 10 August 2020
unfriendly atmosphere
Sobe coworkers are a bunch of lads who rejoiced when someone botched a job. They did everything to make the other person lose their jobs, replace labels, parcels e.t.c.
