No productive and fan place

Many staff are overworked and in a toxic environment, management is not the best and felt very unwanted most of the time. It needs alot of changes for people to stay.

Not enough understanding of what your job entailed

I worked for Synergy Medical, two years ago and found them to be friendly and very helpful as I had never worked with an agency before. I worked long hours on the Mental health wards, The one thing that I did raise a concern about was, the staff at Synergy Medical, did not understand the extreme pressure, that you experience with this job.

Terribly ran organisation

The shifts included with this company are fantastic, patients and floor staff are great. However, can never get through to anyone on the phone, no one ever rings you back when they say they would. Management is very poor, never paid on time, shifts are often mixed up and get sent to the wrong place, communication in the company is very poor. Never speak to a familiar person, always speaking to a lot of different people who are very rude whilst speaking to you.
