not much to say

Had an active, verified profile for years but never got any bookings, people don't reply to quotes though they were very reasonable and competitive. good idea initialy for more like a hobby than an actual source of income but don't rely on it. I thought at least a few bookings over the years would be good but it as if it's dead, maybe it's the area, or too many apps available like borrow my doggy,...

Horrible

I have been with them since they first opened. There were no issues. They don’t take into consideration your view and the insurance doesn’t do anything. They take commission for doing nothing, then don’t pay you for 3 weeks. The money used to be deposited straight into your bank and now it goes into wallet then you wait ages for the money to come out. My account doesn’t let me place quotes. Owners...

They don’t pay you unless you beg first

They don’t pay you for your jobs for weeks. It normally takes about six weeks of begging through ignored emails, when it’s meant to be released within 48hrs. It’s very stressful and upsetting - at one point they were hoarding £500 from me. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Pay

The pay takes so long to enter your bank it’s been a week and I still haven’t been paid or heard anything about it. The owners i’ve dog sat for have all been lovely people however it’s very difficult to find a job and they leave really old quotes still on the website.

Would not recommend

By the time Tailster have taken their 20%, you are left with less than minimum wage. Pet owners will try and push your prices down & usually choose the cheapest carer, rather than the most experienced or competent.
