Manager in Manchester, Greater Manchester
on 20 May 2022
Decent workplace, but lot of knee jerk reactions
Mixed opinion. Shouldn't be your first option to join I guess. However, it's a good place to learn and grow, especially in the NE of UK. Overall, long term vision and approach lacks which leads to constant exec level changes. Knee jerk changes. Leads to skillful employees leaving.

Talks a good game
Low salaries, high attrition, dictatorial. H.R. seniors are obsessed with putting people under surveillance. Lots of vacancies unfilled, never publishes salary bands. Impossible to get pay rise. Bonus never happens.

Executive Complaints Handler in Manchester

Stressful and under paid
This department is not a pleasant place to work, the work load is unmanageable. The staff are not happy and constantly feel stressed. Staff will always be off on sick leave due to stress. The management do not listen to you when you try to let them know what the issue is or how they could improve things. The salary is under paid for the role, they offer you progression and pay increases however it is almost impossible to get a pay increase. I would not recommend working here.

Great staff poor management
The people you will work with are friends u make for life that’s one thing I can’t fault them on. But the managers here are just awful when u come they don’t even tell you what job your really going to be doing till they shove u on it and make u do it they don’t care about how stressed u are they don’t give u the proper training or support they only care about making up there numbers
