This job was the highlight of my career because there is a real can do attitude, great team work and support and people willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality service. Tameside Hospital is made by the people who work there and their attitude to doing so. This has to be one of the best places to work in that respect.

Colleagues are very friendly.

Management leave a lot to be desired. Too many layers of management who all seem to be wandering about not doing much. Job advancement is non existent.

Heavy duty.

Domestic assistant (Current Employee) - floors, UK

Pros: good pay rate, right work balance they got all shifts available to suit your needs, good pensions scheme. Cons: Too much gossiping, "white and Asian club" lack of career progression and access to information.
