Working hours
It’s supposed to be a 9 hour day with 1 hours lunch break, lunch breaks rarely happen and if you are lucky enough to find time for it then it 15 mins, as a result you work for over 9 hours a day for 8 hours minimum wage

Management do not care as long as the delivery’s get done no dinner breaks You are expected to complete all delivery’s even if your run takes longer than your working hours and not get paid overtime.

Not fun place ro work, underpaid
Warehouse guyz are great, bad management with planned runs, underpaid drivers, run have to pick for yourself becaus eits never ready on time, location coming to last minute, never got a brake always work 1 hour for free, no canteen to seat and eat, on paysleep u will not have how many hours u do and how much holiday left. Im nothing lerned on this job and have no chance to get any qualifications f...

Unfair work loads
Worse area manager around talks down to you and knows nothing about the job but acts like he does. You will be expected to do 2x the work of others there on the same pay some time 4x

Help and advice readily at hand, good management structure, help and encouragement at hand, manager excellent . Suits my lifestyle at present good guys to work with, enjoy visiting different customers, general set up very good and very safety conscious
