Not to bad.
The staff it’s self are ok and the management are top draw you couldn’t ask for a better boss. He’s a friend also a boss. Only annoying thing is you loss an hour a day for breaks/break that you don’t even get. Your to busy to take it. If they done something about this then the company would be good to work for.

Supportive and respectful leadership in a well run company
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at We Sell Tyres - who took me on during a period of employment transition due to COVID where I had little to no knowledge of the tyre industry. I started in the warehouse before being given some driving/delivery responsibilities and was soon offered an opportunity in the sales team, proving that my efforts were recognised and that the company is open to giving a fair chance to their staff for career progression.Their management have a very human approach and are incredibly supportive. I was given every opportunity to learn the business thanks to the warehouse manager and depot manager who went out of their way to ensure I got a good introduction to the business and the opportunity to learn more as time went by.I was thrilled when given the opportunity to move into sales and found the regional sales manager to be an excellent leader. Supportive and approachable, he also gave me the opportunity to manage customer relationships in the way I saw fit - and was always happy to take a call to answer a question whenever I had one. When I needed the company's support for family reasons - We Sell Tyres was there for me. They were understanding, flexible and supportive. I am incredibly grateful to the We Sell Tyres team for allowing me to be a part of their organization. I am only leaving to resume the career I had been building before the COVID-19 pandemic. I would absolutely recommend them as an employer.Thank you We Sell Tyres Norwich

A wonderful place to work.
My overall experience with the company was great because as soon as i started working for the business i instantly felt welcome into the team and if i ever had any struggles with the job everyone was very helpful and understanding to help me do what i needed to do. The management was very friendly and understanding around time off and helped me pick up my job role very fast. As i started this job at 17 it was a great experience for me to develop as a person and worker. I personally would highly recommend.
