I dred going every day. Very heavy lifting required every day with little or no tools to help. The poor pay doesn't reflect the hard work that is needed. Sales staff get commission for their hard work, but warehouse staff get nothing. (Apart from a bonus all staff get if the monthly target is met) Not a livable wage so a second job is needed unfortunately.
