Was good until brought over

I enjoyed working with homecare I had no problem with it ,as work was manageable and the clients was brilliant With had constant communication with manager The was all good until the company was brought over and it’s a the complete opposite-not home cares fault

Poor

Poorly run, no support. Poor management. Offer no flexibility for childcare for office staff at all. Forced to stay on until all hours trying to source cover due to last minute sick calls. No idea if you’re getting home on time or if a carer May phone in sick leaving you stresssd to get cover asap. No one helps.

Lovely clients, not so lovely staff

Great job if you enjoy working with people and need a flexible job.Hours are based on calls so if you loose a client or one goes into hospital you loose hours, can be unpredictable.Some great staff but always the few who let the place down!! Confidentiality isn't the greatest everyone knows everything about everyone.

This job can be physically and mentally draining, the company is not the worst in the world and in general I enjoy it. You have to be firm with what you need and say no but on the whole the company are supportive
