Work flexibility, Work safety, depends on the project we work, It has all the future technology projects we can work.Management is too supportive. It has the verity of projects and we can move to any project based on our interest by discussing with supervisors.

Nice to work for job security and work life balance
Nice place to work for job security and work life balance but you will get less salary increment and no timely promotion. Project is also not mandatory that you will get as per your skill set so for job security you need to compromise the stuffs.
