It's a job

It's not great but not bad it's just a call centre. So some undoable targets and expectations from those above and when you question why it's for the client's needs even though it reflects bad on your stats.

No advancement

Worked here. Would say that the best thing is the people the worst thing is the management. Had someone who was a manager and took the job away and made them step down back to phones. You are timed on everything even going to the toilet and going to the toilet outside your break times is frowned upon the job it self is so stressful I’ve seen an entire training group walk out because the job was mi...

Not bad

Was a good job especially during the pandemic. During the pandemic we worked from home, TATA provided us with laptops for working from home which was good. We had 3 days off a week in total including every Sunday which was good. It could be fast paced at times, you’d finish a call with one customer and soon as the call ends a new call has come through.
