Laid back but no support for employee growth or welbeing

You have a laid back work culture but extremely political at lower management. No help and support for employee growth. No coordination and help. I have seen so many people leave the company

Best place to work for experienced people. Freshers can gain the professional experience and many other technologies depending on the project. The hardest part of working in TCS is the RMG won't let you choose your desired project.

Not the best graduate scheme.

No structure in development. Very slow faced, No relation from my degree to the world of works. No involvement in customer recognition Very competive salary, with annual pay rises.

decent start

Decent start in terms of salary, grad scheme is advertised but there is 0 plan for you. you will get no training which is a massive disadvantage when being a grad, don't take the salary start off lower elsewhere, it's better in the long run
