Wouldn't recommend the company to work, lot of politics, diplomatic people, unhealthy work culture where senior management doesn't work much.Growth prospects are good for people who work are smart workers and know how to manipulate or navigate however for hardworking employees at entry or mid level its a thankless firm. Wouldn't recommend freshers or entry level employees to work here? Pretty selfish in its culture and ethics. If you are good at politics you will shine through.

Great place to work with people from multiple cultural background help broaden my personal knowledge and understanding of my colleagues along with the challenges involved in the day to day work. I worked until I retired in 2021.

Flexible working environment as long as you complete the task given on time.

Large volume in the task are involved due to the large size of the organization.

Nice place to work for job security and work life balance but you will get less salary increment and no timely promotion. Project is also not mandatory that you will get as per your skill set so for job security you need to compromise the stuffs.

Great place to start as a newbee

Stressful work culture

Not a great place to work! Your skillset is not utilised efficiently. Many of the managers and higher management staff are not qualified and fit for their roles. Job security is good but pay and work life balance is poor.

Workplace with a lot of opportunity

TCS has given me flexibility to experience different functions. My managers have been mentors and guided me in my career. There is always encouragement to learn and ample avenues to upskill and and re-skill. All the teams I have worked so far have been collaborated and supportive. Many of my team-mates are family now :)
