This is a great place to work. I has very good HR policies for the employees. This is a vast organisation with many accounts and projects which enable employees to learn and grow professionally.

I work because I like to work. I work for my own satisfaction and hence I enjoy working and learning. Most enjoyable part of job is to find solution to a problem and improving a process. Hardest part is to deal with unreasonable expectation of a non-technical manager in technical matters.

Productive and Good work life balance

Typical day at work is super motivating. I learned technologies and management skills, Management is more biased. Best work place culture. Had to attend late night calls which were tough. Learnt Microsoft CRM Dynamics.

Tata Consultacncy Services is one of the best IT company where one can work without much work pressure. Co workers are very sensible and cheerful. Managment is helpful and will always look for your growth.

Big company with less care for employee

A big company and great to work with but, company need to put more attention to hear it's employee's pulse. Employe's satisfaction and his/her well being is equally contribute toward the success of the company
