What is the best part of working at the company?There was nothing good about working for this company What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Knowing that they could end your contract at anytime. Not taking into consideration my mental health issues. Threatening redundancy if I didn’t accept a role which was in another city and a massive downgrade. Not giving a sufficient raise after working there for a year and management and HR being completely incompetent What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There is literally no work environment and culture. This makes it difficult to want to give a 100% for this company What is a typical day like for you at the company?Awaiting redeployment and doing nothing

You have a laid back work culture but extremely political at lower management. No help and support for employee growth. No coordination and help. I have seen so many people leave the company

Best place to work for experienced people.
Freshers can gain the professional experience and many other technologies depending on the project.
The hardest part of working in TCS is the RMG won't let you choose your desired project.

My first big organisation to work with, and I particularly love the access to learning platforms easily available for employee growth. As a digital manufacturing enthusiast, I have had the right exposure and projects to get me well on board into my career journey.
