Not bad

Not a bad place to work. Don’t see the line manager unless you’re due an audit and trying to reorder supplies was abit of a nightmare but all in all quite an easy job.

Good job and good management

I loved working for TC Facilities Management ut had to quit due health issues, Area Manager was very understanding and was allowed time off, the biggest downfalls were when I had issues with other workers or Management from the stores the area manager didn't do anything to resolve these and when I put orders in for cleaning supplies we didn't always get the order but when they eventually arrived ...

Soul destroying place to work, poor supervisors, and management.

no organisation at the beginning of shift, spoken to by supervisor and management like children, no work ethic, if your face fits you can do as little as possible without any problem. not a place I would recommend to anyone

Nice place to work

I’ve been a cleaner for the last 17 years by far this is the worse company I’ve ever worked for constantly having to chase for chemicals and equipment language barriers with all staff no overtime rate and no support at all by management absolute joke
