On phone to other cleaners boasting about sitting in Branch answering emails when should have been cleaning.
Waiting till I was sent to branch to complete clean before conducting audit.
Phoning whilst in hospital asking when I'd be returning as they were going on annual leave.
Ad infinitum...
If it could be done wrong... they've got it covered.

No back ground checks they just say that to you to make there company look good but they ain't

I work 18.5 hours a week and never stop to much work load having to throw heavy rubbish into a 6 foot cage. Bin bags always splitting to thin. I asked for some proper gloves as there is broken glass in bins manager gave me pot washing gloves. Manager talks to me like dirt. When I was of sick he was constantly phoning me saying I had to go back to work as it was not good enough even though I sent a sick note in.

Tc management pay wages sometimes when they feel like it and you can get back if you put one foot in a tribunal door they will tell you it's Tesco taking cheap work
So if Tc lose the contracts the next cleaning company can't pay the workers at all
