  • Because employees are bullied and not looked after and when reported its all hidden

  • Low moral. Low wages. No uniform which was promised. No training, which was promised. No cleaning materials halfway through the week. Minimum wage even for a Sunday or Bank Holidays. In the Morrison's store where i clean they get time and a half

  • Because the management above in store managers is so poor there's absolutely no support

  • Low morale, low wages for a very physical job. No uniform. No training. No communication and no feedback. They leave because they do not get paid after working sometimes seven days a week.

  • We employ mainly people who are thick as two short planks

  • The job is too big and the hours are not enough

  • Poor hours and money for such a strenuous job
