Unorganised and uncaring

Don't provide cover when your short staffed, but expect high standards. School holidays are good but you dont get sick pay and you don't get the full amount per hour as its annualised so you are on below minimum wage an hour. Management team arent very useful or caring about their staff, just another number.

All staff are approachable If any problems they get it sorted.Can't fault management as they are fast at sorting the problems out. Whether its to do with wages,other staff members.

Growing company & good progression

Nice company to work for, relaxed work environment & very good progression if you make the effort.Unfairly knocked for poor pay rates but staff don’t realise this is set by the clients…Certainly the place to be if looking to work your way up in the cleaning industry

Awful company to work for. Wages always wrong and never want to correct them. Hardly see any management. Orders take weeks to arrive. No one gets back to you regarding any concerns you have
