I had a group interview. The managers/supervisors etc first introduced themselves, then we did and had to come up with a truth and a lie for everyone to guess which was which. After that we were put into teams to build the tallest standing tower with newspaper, one a4 paper, a pen, tape and a string. After the winner was chosen, we sat back down and had to pick up apiece of paper from the table, each contained a picture of an item which we had to try and sell. Once it was finished, we got to play some bowling as they interviewed us individually and asked pretty standard questions. After that we each had a trial shift two days later. Overall the interview was really fun, we all felt at ease and got along very well!
I had a group interview where we did a team building activity then a moral dilemma
I had a group interview. We all had to introduce ourselves and say a fun fact about ourselves. Then we had to do an exercise about a moral dilemma. We then were given free bowling game while they decided who they wanted to keep and who they were going to let go. The people they kept they gave us all a trial shift then taken from there.
There isnt one. Just call and get offered the job if you knew a manager
Very good, makes you feel like you're wanted.
It was very brief but not very private as it was held in store in the public bar during hours.
