I was applying for a customer facing role (checkouts) you need to be friendly and engaging, as you will be having a meeting with most likely the manager of whatever department you’ve applied for. Questions asked in interview were pretty generic.

Type up on google, “Tesco interview questions” there should be a thread with questions, most of them were in my interview, I had an answer and scenario surrounding being helpful and professional at all times, for each question. So go in prepared is my best advice, but it’s not atall stressful. And at the end of the day, just remember it’s a job in a supermarket, nothing major.

Just do whats right for yourself and the company. And be honest to one selves.
Treat everyone as special . Answer questions directly . If not sure, ask a colleague.
There is no point in not being honest. Lies catch up with you eventually.
Help them in they be kind to them make sure they are ok
Be on time look presentable and be honest
Be frank with customers. Help each customer equally do not discriminate. Be on time. Be honest.
