What is the interview process like at Thames Valley Police?

Very challenging as it was in stages.

first stage was a math and English test

then scenarios where you walked into 4 different rooms and were met with 4 different situations, all of which you had no prior knowledge and you had to somehow sort the issue.

then a panel interview with 3 people
