Great Company to work for. They are ambassadors for Mental Health, H&S and take it very seriously. Lots of options for employees to get help where needed. Good salary for my job. Great culture. LGBTQ supportive and do not tolerate Bullying, harassment or discrimination. Mandatory online training regularly takes place to educate all employees in various areas. Highly recommended to work here. There are graduate schemes also so career opportunities are there.

Zero structure & support

Started a position on their new billing system & was provided with Zero training, little to no support & left to manage a team with zero knowledge including an offshore team that were also new to the business

The company has changed over the last 18 months and is leaderless at board level. I'm sure it will change once a CEO is found and gives the company a steer.
