Worst place I've ever worked

HGV Class 1 Driver (Former Employee) - Basingstoke, Hampshire - 11 November 2021

Management have no idea about what the drivers need to do there jobs. Grown the transport site of the business without thinking if the jobs can be done in a safe manner and with the right equipment. Supervisor are under loads of stress with no help from Management.

It was one of the worst places I worked. Mainly due to the Management that appeared incompetent. They also demonstrated that they were on many occasions as well. Trucks were worn out, had to wait months for PPE al

please be very weary of the contract

was good at first then they dropped a differant contract on us saying we have to do banked shifts be very careful of the contracts ask to see it first.
