not appreciated
the girls i work with are lovely genuinely great sense of appreciation from anyone higher, they don't see how the floor runs, and just expect more all the time
Domestic Assistant in Fern house
on 20 September 2022
Uncaring uncharitable
Leaving this company was the best thing I ever did for myself, the management are in denial about what happens there, expected to work for managers that can’t even do your job or ask you to do things that are against CQC guidelines, training is an absolute joke, hard to understand due to poor grammar
Carer in Formby, Merseyside

Amazing place
Looks like an amazing home to work in and the residents were looked after. The staff was friendly. The home was lovely and clean. The grounds were looked after
Maintenance Engineer in Wigton, Cumbria

At work
A day at work .you are told your work is at wigton when actually its at cockermouth .you dont get paid for your travel .they tell you you do is a joke .more lies to follow .nothing to work with tools etc .complete shambles soon as you go through the door .do not go would be my advise.
Registered Manager in Harrow

Some of the staff dangerous individuals
Staff members especially seniors don’t support staff , gossiping with business manager, stressful environment because lack of support from the provider . When something happens white staff working there will be left out but discipline individuals. Not a great place to work , seniors talk to residents about staff members, no privacy . Some of the senior staff give information to business who don’t care about staff needs but listen to this staff member to sabotage other colleges. Provides don’t appreciate staff , not good environment if you want to progress your career . Top managers don’t respect front line staff . I can’t rate themEven on one star .
