Used to be great
Operations Manager (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 27 June 2023
I used to love working here but the company suffered during covid and has never recovered. Obsessed with profit at all costs and has lost its soul. The organisation is complex and slow to make decisions. All decisions are focussed on the short-term, they treat people like a commodity and there aren’t enough forward thinking people in senior leadership positions to drive a significant change in strategy.
Pros
Size and Scale
Cons
Claims to be People First but doesn’t behave this way

Great co-workers, very collaborative. Wide variety of tasks. Poor salary. Lack of progression.
Business Analyst & Salesforce Admin (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 21 January 2022
Very great people to work with, super collaborative. Usually quite flexible. Standard leave days per year. Opportunity to take on a wide variety of work. Poor knowledge spread (as most seniors have left along with their knowledge) and VERY poor salary. No inflation cover in the time I was there, with rates being well below market average.

Relaxd and casual workplace
Business Support (Former Employee) - London - 11 June 2019
Relaxed environment . Needs more structure . There has been a lot of changes in the time I have been there. Especially within senior management . For corporate company does not provide as many benefits for its employees although it appears they are working on it.
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Dont pay well
