Don't work for them!
I was in placement for a total of 19 days, during which: I was left for 12 days without appropriate supervision; was woken up between 6-10 every night by the client requiring the toilet as I had to ensure their safety as per the care plan; working to a badly inaccurate care plan. After leaving the placement exhausted and very carefully and relatively slowly driving a long way home. I refused to have any further connection with the company due to their failure in their Duty of Care to both the Client and myself.

A career with a sense of purpose
Agincare offers something uniquely different from any other previous career opportunity that I've had. Helping vulnerable people access care and support provides a heartfelt feeling of satisfaction, that can only be described as doing something truly meaningful. The company has invested in me by providing continuous professional development and regular mentoring by working alongside senior experts within the care industry. The workplace culture rewards hard work, dedication and passion for those that share the company values.

Fun and productive
I have been with the company for 6 months and it has been a pleasure to work here, also I have gained the work life balance I was seeking. I have been made to feel welcome from the very beginning, received a good level training which was essential as my background was not in the Social Care Sector. The team here work very well together to get the job done. As a result of that, every day I go home with a positive outlook knowing we have helped people which gives a great sense of job satisfaction.
