Great company to work for

Care Worker (Current Employee) - Chippenham - 25 September 2023

Every day is different, even though you see the same faces throughout the week.It can be challenging buts that's the nature of the job. But the reward of supporting people who need it and helping them have independence is so motivating and inspiring.I've learned alot about myself in this role and and there is a lot of potential training opportunities.The management are very approachable and actually listen to the staff and make changes to help the team and the clients we support.Great team ethic and a great culture of focusing on the outcome for clients, there hasn't been any one upmanship attitudes.I would recommend anyone who works in care to join Agincare Chippenham.

Some lovely staff, some not so great

Was an ok place to work, staff were mostly friendly. When I had to leave due to relocating my shifts were cut right down for my notice period leaving me very short of money.

Not supported management have favourites

It’s a rewarding job but manger have there favourites they expect walkers to work so far from home, management have favourites and stick up for them and drag you down

Agincare are great to.work for I left to pasture new bit wish I could return to them and felt a valued member of their team.It was fair pay and plenty of room to progress with support
