I felt a complete failure. Poor wages and no future at most dumps I was sent too. This was the Coventry office.
Great, you know - I love getting up at 4am when it's cold and wet outside. Seriously though it gets better at this time of year when the he sheep are baaing and horses neighing in the fields as you wend your way up the A38 to work. The best bit is driving home though...
Not good as the communication is poor,1 shift i did 3 people told me to do the same job differently which made me stressed, some of the staff boss you around cause you are new even thou you are equal and doing the same job,you dont get no training just told where to go and get on with it
Sent to various companies. Some were good to show you the ropes. Others just expected you to get on with it with no guidance
Everyday is a bonus!
My work is hard, but rewarding, it gives me a great sense of satisfaction
