  • Stop putting employees on emergency tax - it's your job to to forward their P45 to the tax office!

  • Get rid of the staff that are there now and hire people who actually care about the workers and aren't actually just in it for the wage, been f***ed about many times by them from different regions, heads are up their as*** with the majority, the is a minority though that will go out there way to help keep you in work.

  • Put the employee 1st, had experience in the the past where I was not believed and sacked even though I gave my account of the situation. Employee 1st

  • Excellent Communication between the agency/workplace and Employee as its not good now.and I would leave a message to the Employees on their phones if i could not get to speak to them and I would give the Employees more notice of when there next shift starts instead of giving only a few hours, inform the Employee they have to work a week in hand and you will get your payslips.

  • Keep people informed about what's going on instead of having them hanging about to hear nothing.

  • Ill shut the place down.
