It's too late the cuts, and poor promotion because of NEM2020 have decimated morale. Pensions have been cut by a massive amount AFPS2015. I'm seeing 10y privates and 15y LCpl coming through from 2010.Its unfortunate we have to work much harder for much longer for a fraction of the pension.

Be willing to give blood, sweat, tears, sacrifice your family, work super long hours for little appreciation and very little pay or progression for years on end and have a pension that has been cut twice in 10y to the lowest in over 43years. If you can cope with that you are in mate.
