What would you suggest The British Army management do to prevent others from leaving?
It's too late the cuts, and poor promotion because of NEM2020 have decimated morale. Pensions have been cut by a massive amount AFPS2015. I'm seeing 10y privates and 15y LCpl coming through from 2010. Its unfortunate we have to work much harder for much longer for a fraction of the pension.Asked 19 March 2017
