Badly organised
Agency Chef (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 26 March 2020
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThis was a hospitality agency job. They didn't really care what jobs they sent you to as long they were meeting their KPI's and getting their commission.

Traumatising
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - London - 31 May 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? A lot of boring time to spend watching computer stuff or reading What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Rude customers are the most stressful The end of month interviews for targets ( if you haven’t reached the target will be told off) Training every few months with the company app Small spaces with no toilets or spaces where work alone You are gonna be forced to face difficult customers, and transactions, also working alone and always different branches What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Bring money or we gonna move you in a small small branch What is a typical day like for you at the company? Depends on branch If you work with people is nice , and you can help each other If alone challenging

Great first job in London
FX Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - London - 7 March 2020
The job itself could be stressful at times, but the people you work with make it a million times better. Easy to make commission if put in a busy branch.

good
BDM (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 26 February 2020
Nice small company with good company culture. Competitive industry to work in. Didn't feel they always had the right team in place to fill the roles. They did try to keep employees as happy as possible.

Productive and enthusiastic workplace
Waiter - Part Time (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 18 November 2019
I worked as waiter many times since I turned 17 years old but working for the Change Group was a different experience. I enjoyed being part of a team that was sent to various events around London (weddings etc).

Unreliable and no professional
Intervier is a kid with no experience!! Despite the fact they say “leave with me” and you can forget about. They just contact you for really badly paid jobs nobody want... As they need the companies as customers, they need candidates, otherwise you can close down!
Pros
None
Cons
Unprofessional

Recruiting on facial or name grounds, worst interview ever
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 22 December 2018
Very rude and nasty interviewer. Questions asked barely legal. Interview conducted as a verbal confrontation way. Terms and conditions of employment similar to a 'work camp' without clarification about legal standards.
Very negative and bad vibes if you don't fall into some kind of irrelevant criteria such as your name, background and so on.
Avoid at any cost.
Pros
Professional receptionist
Cons
Recruitment team needs proper training

Time consuming occupation.
Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 19 December 2018
Working for the change group is interesting. The morality of the practices are questionable, but high discretion is afforded to the staff that work at the counters.

Unreliable
Part Time Temp (Current Employee) - London - 22 September 2018
I never knew when I am going to get work and when I do there are always complications. I would only recommend if you want really flexible work hours but not consistently.

Hospitality agency
Waitress (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 22 February 2018
It's convenient to work in a hospitality agency because when you have moments available, it is possible to work and create your own schedule because it depends on your availability
