Job would be fine if it wasn't for continuous staffing problems. Hard work when you're often expected to do the work of 2 people, with no extra pay for your efforts! On the plus side workplace is ok and always paid on time.

Horrible Company

No support, messing up with wages, abuse, unkind, poor contact with management.Don’t recommend to anyone unless you want to ruin your life and have a sleepless nights.

Was hired by the clean space to work at my local primary school.Work there for four years with very little indecent.School staff were friendly. The management of the clean space was not.The last year I was there was stressful. First management had a meeting with us about the date of the school and how we where terrible at out jobs. They would have meeting every month the day the same thing.Would inspect the school during school time and would complain about how messy it was, yes because the kids were there at the time. It was worst as I clean year 1and below.More and more work was plied on each month. I was expecting to do a deep clean each day.Refused to hire move staff to ease the load or compensate us for the work.Eventually starting firing staff and would not hire new ones.I would not recommend ever getting a job with them. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I had worked for the clean space for over 2 years , i found my manager to be fair , honest and willing to help staff and help with the work load if she kept us , which is great to see , perhaps other managers to follow suit specially high Management, i felt sorry for my manager at times as her boss isn't a very nice man , he has no idea what his employees done on the ground to get the jobs done . higher management don't care about anyone only there self's in this company their work they managers to the bone .

This company it’s very bad I’m work few years and no pay properly and every month missing money and the line manager it’s bad no care about job even ask for cover and no pay holidays I no recommend anyone working for clean space…Bad company the clean space.👎

Many of team have been there for years and years - this is unusual and shows people stay and are loyal. The team is really friendly, knowledgeable and supportive if you need help. Overall it is very much more organised and focused than lots of other cleaning companies. They do genuinely care about people both clients and staff. The company is very open about what is going on at all levels of the business and keeps the team involved in strategy, progress and celebrating success. People say thank you a lot and a culture of gratitude and reciprocity is nice. The culture is definitely fast-paced but enjoyable. Socials and regular team meetings are really good. I have control over my workload and have regular opportunities to give and receive feedback which is important. I like working here and would recommend it to others.

Living Wage rates encouraged to all customers, nice messages and rewards from the CEO when you get good feedback.

Only care about profit

As long as they’re making money, they do not care. Please don't be pulled in to the 'caring' marketing. Useless staff, you never get your stock, the communication between them is laughable and they treat their employees like rubbish. Their staff turnover is high because they will hire anybody. Nobody will give a good review if you were to ask them how it was to work for them. The cleaners are the best thing about this company and the higher-ups need to remember that without them - they would be out of a job. The Midlands based members of staff have got to be the worst. They will fire people so one person is in charge of multiple cities with cleaning sites 100 miles away!!!! If you are a cleaner looking for a job - avoid this company like the plague.

Decent enough

I've worked for this company for about two years. the pay is okay and the hours fit in with the kids. my team that I work with are a great bunch. Workload can be a lot and fast paced. Always paid on time. Only downside is that management can be a little hard to get hold of if you have a problem.

Really hard to get stock on the time.Almost impossible to contact in emergency situation. Communication between employee and management doesn't exist. underestimate the employee. They not sending any covers on my holiday. Not paying any overtimes.

Awful place to work

No help from management, you get used and put on and end up working well over your hours for no extra pay. They treat you badly and miss pay you. Managers never answer their phone and are capable of keeping contracts. They only pay minimum wage and work you like a dog. Do yourself a favour do not work for these jokers!!!
