Not a nice experience. Everyone is expendable, no care for staff. Long hours with minimum wage. Very much as us and them attitude from management. Very high staff turnaround
Was okay and hour worked around childcare not something I wanted to progress in life though. Only 6 minutes for toilet use and wouldn't be allowed to break it if you did you where giving awarding. It human rights!!
Worked there from 2019-22 Idk how I survived that long,I was signed off sick 3 times for mental health and fainted twice which resulted in hospital visits (at least the hospital was close to home..) The people you work with are pretty good, management was mostly good. Even the benefits were good, like the private/subsidised healthcare (which you could use for much needed therapy ironically) Even double pay bank holidays However, if you fall behind on targets for something you can't control-your mental health for example, you're not discriminated against (because they legally cant) but you are put on "lists" the former KGB would envy... The micromanagement is pretty orwellian,EVERYTHING is monitored, even your tone of voice on calls. Overall, GREAT colleagues, BAD for mental health.
I love working here but unfortunately got to the point that I began to hate it because of the attitude of the management. Lack of empathy and humiliation tactics.
Whilst entry level positions are a fairly bad grind, anything above agent level feels mostly constructive in that you can improve the quality of working there for your direct reports. The downside for Team Leader level or above is a lack of constructive development, a lack of training and sometimes feeling over your head, with areas for the business to improve being ignored.
