If you were to leave The Cornish Bakery, what would be the reason?

5 answers

  • Bad communication within management, over worked, disgusting hours and awful rushed training.

  • low pay, and a bad work life balance

  • job with no weekends

  • I would have kept working if it wasn't a summer gig and I wasn't going back to university. It's honestly one of the best jobs I've had. I think I would leave if I found a different job that I found more emotionally fulfilling and or offered me a better salary.

  • Fed up of their lies, felt like I was advertised a different job than I actually got. The hours they gave us were disgusting and was told I would be getting the normal 5 days 40 hours. ended up with 16/24 hours a week hahahahaha
