Exceptional management with fantastic work environment
The business is excellent with respect to people management, they really know how to get the best out of their employees. A typical day would consist of arriving at 6am, put the morning bake plans on, put cash in the till, set up the coffee machine, make sure all P.O.S is ready and get all the product onto the shelves ready for service. Then service for the rest of the day. It is a fun and enjoyable place to work, with excellent rapport with staff members which shows when a smile appears upon the customer's face.
