It pays the bills
The job is ok. the people I work with make it a better place to be. Each Christmas we get a turkey and some years we get a profit share, but most the years we didn't. Company private health care and up until last year a final salary pension but that has now stopped.

Productive and fun place to work
Is a fast paced environment which requires 12 h shift, good pay rise, you can work overtime anytime. Good management, friendly people, learned a lot from this company.

Absaloutle shambled
Unfair and spoke to the employees like children a team leader getting up and in the face of employees and was strict that couples where not aloud to work or talk to each other health and safety wasn’t in place fall over and hurt your self and they wouldn’t really care and people throwing flour and pastry around unfair holiday rules and the hours where super unsocialble constantly judged and commen...

It was like working in North Korea work camp.

Asking for holiday is like asking for a kidney, even if you manage to get a holiday it might be cancelled, because someone forgot...

Decent company to work for
Hard work and not easy, fast moving. but the people are good, compared to other places ive worked pay is ok as you progress, benefits are decent like cheap healthcare. We got some profit share now 2 years in a row, free christmas dinner, christmas present, prize draw, staff shop. Seems to be a growing company making money.
