You dont get any feedback unless something goes wrong. Not once did I get a thank you for all the hard work I put in. Including picking up the slack and key working 2 clients as one staff member couldn't be bothered.

The lack of care from management. Any ideas to help improve the lives of service users were shot down if they cost money or were not extremely straight forward. If you kicked up a fuss by advocating for your client... you would get moved.
