Urgently review how the Charity is run, try to understand why staff who have worked for the Charity for many years are being forced to leave. The main objective must be to replace the Managers who see bullying as a management tool, revert back to the ethos and original culture, if not it will only be a matter of time until supporters will find out what is really happening within the Charity.
