Covid changed everything
It was a great place to work before covid, but afterwards the was a sense of non certainty in the air. That is why many people left the company. Things might be different now.

If you got options; do not do it
They sell themselves as a lifestyle brand but treat employees very poorly; from pay, to random scheduling of your shifts. They sort of think that having Emirates on your CV is a gift to people. There are discounts to flying but subject to availability and not as economic as other airlines.

Bad shifts but amazing experience
Working in Emirates can be very challenging for your body, but the colleagues are amazing and you get to know all the nationalities. thank Bad shifts and bad timings, with poor rest, but they are very organized.
