Take notice of whistle blowing! Your trained to no when to do this but when you do your then pushed out and the bullies (managers and there family that work in same home together) carry on and your pushed out! Not how a care company should be!!
Develop a culture of professionalism which combats bullying and harassment. Senior Managers become so over familiar with each other, that it can create bias and unfairness when their colleagues are called to account for failures. It's a good idea for the CEO to be made personally aware of grievances brought against senior management by their junior colleagues and keep abreast of the pertinent details.
I would just say appreciate staff a little more as sometimes it can be a little stressful and hectic but overall the Fremantle trust is a good company to work for.
